Taste the philosophy of our Head Chef Sebastian Fink, who enriches the Bayerischer Hof and Reutemann-Seegarten hotels with his culinary expertise. Under his guidance, we continue to embrace tradition while also creating something new.
Originally from Roth near Nuremberg, Sebastian Fink learned his craft from Rolf Schlegel in Kernen, Baden-Württemberg. His professional journey includes stints at renowned establishments such as Jörg Müller on Sylt and Restaurant Real in Vaduz, where he served as Head Chef. In 2002, he achieved the highest Master Craftsman certification in the Free State of Bavaria, and in 1998, he secured 4th place in the World Championship of Commis Rôtisseurs in Stockholm.
In his kitchen, he places a strong emphasis on the quality of ingredients, as well as on freshness and regional sourcing. His craftsmanship is distinguished by a refined culinary approach.
